Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Customers must provide an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel as proof of condition.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Perfumes or clothing that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible.
Return Shipping Charges
- Zaslam covers all return shipping charges.
- Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process and arrange pickup/shipping.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund (excluding gift wrapping or promotional items) will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on final sale, clearance, or promotions are non-returnable.
- Opened or partially used perfumes/cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us immediately with your unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
